Please make sure the following items are complete before submitting your manuscript:

Title Page:

  • Include the title, author(s)’ names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email and postal address.
  • Include acknowledgments and declarations of conflicts of interest.

Anonymized Manuscript:

  • Include the title, abstract, keywords, main text, and references.
  • Remove any identity information, including declaration statements.
  • Ensure all figures and tables (with titles, descriptions, and footnotes) are included.
  • Ensure that all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided.
  • Data Availability Statement Requirement:
    • The location of the data supporting your findings.
    • The conditions under which the data can be accessed.
    • Whether the data is available in a public repository that assigns a digital object identifier (DOI).

Graphical Abstracts / Highlights files (if applicable).

Supplemental files (if applicable).

Cover letter (if applicable):

  • You can submit a separate cover letter file or include the content directly in the e-submission system.

Additionally, consider the following:

  • Have you spell-checked and grammar-checked your manuscript?
  • Have you reviewed the journal's policies as detailed in their guide?
  • Ensure that all references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa.
  • If you've used copyrighted material from other sources, have you obtained the necessary permissions?
  • Acknowledgment of the Copyright Transfer Agreement, confirming that authors transfer full copyright of their work to the Health & New Media Research Institute upon acceptance.

Once you've confirmed all of these elements are in place, you can proceed with your manuscript submission.
